Design & Print

Are colors customizable?

Text colors and background colors can be changed at no additional cost.

Artwork-color changes are only available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any artwork change requests. If approved, any artwork-color changes would require an additional design fee.

What quantity should I order?

1 Invitation Per Household.

For example, if you are inviting 60 guests but only 35 households, you should order a minimum of 35 invitations.

We recommend ordering 5-10 extra invitations to account for extra guests and invitations that may become lost in the mail.

Are envelopes included with invitations and stationery?

Yes! Blank white square-flap envelopes are included with all invitation and stationery cards.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes! Proofs will be sent within 2 business days to the email provided at purchase.

Your purchase includes one revised proof with needed changes. Additional proofs will be $10 each. Billed Separately.

You must provide approval before your order is sent to production.

What is the print turnaround time?

Upon receiving your approval of proofs, your order will sent to production.

Print turnaround Time: 5-7 Business Days.Does Not Include Shipping Time.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Is your logo printed on products?

Yes. The backside of the item is printed with Coast & Claire Designs' name as shown in product photos. 

Do you offer digital invitations?

Yes!

  • Existing Designs: $20
  • Custom Designs: $20 + Project Setup Fee
  • Includes 5" x 7" High-Resolution JPG & PDF Files

Custom Orders

Do custom orders require an extra fee?

Yes. Custom orders will incur a Project Setup Fee.

What is the turnaround time for a Custom Order?

Proof Turnaround Time: 5 Business Days.

Print Turnaround Time: 5-7 Business Days Unless Discussed Otherwise.

Proofs will be sent to the email provided at purchase.

Are completed custom designs available for purchase by other customers?

After a Custom Project is completed, Coast & Claire Designs reserves the right to list the completed product for sale on our website and other selling platforms.

However, the completed design's wording will not include any personal information that a client had previously provided.

Invitation & Envelope Assembly

Your invitations and envelopes will arrive unassembled. When stuffing the envelope, the invitation's frontside should show when the recipient opens the envelope. The invitation should sit counter-clockwise in the envelope.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping. Due to the possibility of transit delays, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date.

Coast & Claire Designs is not responsible for delayed transit times or items lost or damaged during transit.

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, the package is out of our control.

Return Policy

All Sales Final. Due to the personalized nature of the made-to-order products, Coast & Claire Designs does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Coast & Claire Designs is not responsible for any typos/errors approved by clients. Clients are fully responsible for proofreading all wording.
