All orders ship via UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver.
Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping. Due to the possibility of transit delays, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date.
Coast & Claire Designs is not responsible for delayed transit times or items lost or damaged during transit.
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, the package is out of our control.
Return Policy
All Sales Final. Due to the personalized nature of the made-to-order products, Coast & Claire Designs, LLC (CCD), does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Coast & Claire Designs is not responsible for any typos/errors approved by clients. Clients are fully responsible for proofreading all wording.
